Big Ass Butter Dish in Checkered Cream
Hand-built stoneware butter dish in a food safe shiny cream glaze with unglazed squares on the exterior. Sanded smooth on the exterior bottom. Microwave and dishwasher safe, though hand washing may be preferred.
Kerrygold butter not included, but used in photos to show the scale of the butter dish. The are a bit oversized and playful, designed to hold your big ass block of European-style or homemade butter.
There are two available and they have small variations between the two. Please make your selection using the drop down menu.
A. Has one small brown marking on the top, may be noticeable in photos. Not a glaze flaw but something that occurred during the glaze firing process. The photos are not labeled but are listed first (photos 1-6).
B. The base of the dish has a lower lip, or shorter exterior wall. The photos are not labeled but are listed second for this one (photos 7-9).
